Terms of Service Agreement For Lizard-Free Lotto Affiliates Commissions may be reviewed online at any time by logging in as an affiliate. Commissions will be verified for validity and will be updated on a monthly basis. Affiliates will be paid based on the posted commission structure. Commissions are calculated from the 1st through the last day of each month and may be claimed after the 15th of the month following signup. Commissions will carry over from month to month. Commissions based on new affiliate sign-ups will be considered pending until the new affiliate's email address and residence are validated. Commissions based on new advertiser sign-ups will be considered pending until the financial obligation from the sign-up is met. Once payment is received and cleared, the commission will be posted. Affiliates may not earn commissions on new Affiliate sites they have created for themselves. Affiliates may not earn commissions based on their own Advertising Purchases. Commissions will be paid only to Affiliates residing in the United States or Canada. <%= GAME %> reserves the right to accept Affiliates from other countries on a case by case basis. Affiliates must read and write English. Affiliates may not use SPAM as a marketing tool! Any complaints of SPAM will result in the affiliate's site being terminated with or without notice and all commissions accrued being forfeited. Any attempts to cheat the affiliate program or Lizard-Free Lotto will result in the affiliate's site being terminated with or without notice, and all commissions accrued being forfeited. Non-compliance with the above rules will result in the affiliate being terminated with or without notice, and all commissions accrued being forfeited.
